Quiet Week, yeah Right!!

2018 Challenge - Week 3 and I am still on a roll........I am so impressed with myself.  

Week 3

This was a piece of free machining on calico that I have painted with Derwent Inktense Blocks.  My favourite medium to paint with.  The colours are so 'intense' and yet are applied as a crayon or with a brush like a watercolour.  Fabulous.

I am developing the ideas from weeks 1-3 and I will share with you later!   

Its been a busy week away from my sewing room, involving Parents & Mobile Phones!! Doesn't sound like much I hear you say, and yes its been super having them to stay...............but, it has involved several trips into town and across county lines...........need I say more.  Anyway, I'm very pleased to say that I think we are sorted now, and NO they won't be up-grading for a while, thank you very much!!

So I haven't got a lot to share, but as promised I have added some patterns to my Etsy Shop and to my website Younique Textiles, which I hope you may like.
